Q: How do I register for service?
A: Go To User Registration at pocket wifi, you will be able to register your cell phone and your landline phone on our system. Provide a valid credit card and other required billing information for activation. Upon transaction confirmation, you will be able to make calls from the phone numbers that you registered with your 1 button to wifi device.
Q:Can I make calls from a landline?
A:Yes. During registration please provide a landline number along with your cell phone number. Upon activation, our systems will recognize calls from you on either phone (cell or landline)
Q:How do I make international calls?
A:Using the phone that you registered on the worldtelonline system, dial anyone of our access numbers located at http://www.portablewifi.com.au Upon hearing the dial tone, dial your international number. Save the access number in your phone. You will always be 1 button away from international calls for pennies!
Q:What if my call does not go through or if I am disconnected?
A:Most likely this occurs because the caller is dialing an extra country or local pre-fix that may not be necessary on our system. Please check your number and make the necessary adjustments when dialing.
Q:What if I can’t make any calls?
A:Login to your account by clicking http://www.portablewifi.com.au and check to see that you have a “balance that his greater than $0.00”. If not, please click on the “recharge” button and follow the instructions for recharging your account. This only applies to prepaid pocket wifi plans.
Q:What if I call an access number and I am immediately disconnected?
A:Our system probably can’t confirm your cell phone registration. Make sure that you have not “blocked” your cell phone number from being detected. If this is not the problem, then you may not be registered on our system. Therefore, you need to register. If the problem persists, email admin@1buttontowifi.com
Q:What if I am connected to the network but cannot complete a call through the system?
A:Login to your account by clicking http://www.portablewifi.com.au and check to see that you have a “balance that his greater than $0.00”. If not, please click on the “recharge” button and follow the instructions for recharging your account.
Q:Can I accidentally spend more than I was expecting or planning to?
A:No. Our system is a pre-pay network and therefore avoids any unauthorized calls without payment. You don’t have to worry about surprise rates!
Q:Are there any hidden fees or surcharges?
A:No. We don’t charge any surcharges or hidden fees. Because we don’t offer our service as a primary home phone, we aren’t required to provide other regulatory mandated services that are frequently billed by telephone service providers. We only charge for minute usage or pre-paid plans.
